New NDVI tool for basemaps added to Explorer:
- Surface Reflectance Basemaps now available in Explorer
- New button with NDVI, False Color and RGB options for Surface Reflectance Basemaps
- Additional indices in Labs tab in Explorer
- Index visualization available in Compare mode
